4 & 5.   SQUAMISH OCEANFRONT ARTS & CULTURE CENTRE, and OCEANFRONT LEGACY PARK,  future home on the prime south beach of Squamish Oceanfront.  After years of lobbying local government these amenities are now in development.  Construction on Squamish South Beach Oceanfront Legacy Park has begun in 2011.
